Ezra brings over a decade of healthcare transaction and operating experience spanning physician practices, home health, staffing, imaging, revenue cycle, and payor services businesses. He has advised on dozens of healthcare transactions across every major service line and partnership structure, and has held executive and board-level operating roles inside PE-backed healthcare platforms.

Prior to Village Healthcare Partners, Ezra founded Physician Growth Partners and built the firm into the leading independent investment bank focused on physician groups and related ancillaries — growing the team to 15 professionals across two cities. His operating experience recruiting leadership teams, building financial infrastructure, and designing physician compensation frameworks distinguishes his advisory perspective.

Ezra is a graduate of Indiana University and is based in Chicago.

Jeremy brings a complementary background in healthcare operations and capital strategy, with experience across healthcare services businesses at multiple stages of growth. He has worked alongside management teams and sponsor groups to execute growth theses, integrate acquisitions, and build the organizational and financial infrastructure required to scale healthcare platforms.

His experience spans operational planning, capital formation, and strategic advisory — with a focus on translating institutional-quality frameworks into execution-ready plans for healthcare operators. Jeremy's ability to bridge the gap between sponsor expectations and operator realities is central to Village Healthcare Partners' integrated approach.
